"I maintain that Truth is a pathless land, and you cannot approach it by any path whatsoever, by any religion, by any sect. Truth, being limitless, unconditioned, unapproachable by any path whatsoever, cannot be organized; nor should any organization be formed to lead or to coerce people along any particular path. You must climb towards the Truth. It cannot be 'stepped down' or organized for you." - author: Jiddu Krishnamurthi

My Vacation

For some time now i've been longing to have some good vacation. We all need an escape from our daily routine, not a mere one, but a real shaking escape. One that makes us feel like living again. Its this type of routine breaker that we should go for and it rejuvenate the mind and gives a new kickstart.

Like a computer, the human body but mostly the human mind needs to be reset at times to free up memory locations, dump unnecessary files and start as fresh. Our sleep nowadays are merely equivalent to hibernate mode of an XP running PC. So what we really need is a fresh reboot. For this, I believe that one needs to cut contact with the physical world of one's routine, forget troubles and pains and take some time to reset the brain. Thats what I did for a few days and the result is an astonishingly new joy of living. Accumulated routine makes the brain dull, we need to break it every now and then, but particular attention should be brought not to make breaking the routine a routine itself :)

So this time, my routine breaker has been a few days at The Berjaya Hotel which is in the southeast of Mauritius. Nice and cozy place, nice food, nice service and interesting sea activities. This link gives adequate information of the hotel: http://www.berjaya-mauritius.com

Here are some pics:
